Copyright & Content Licensing Policy

Platform Owner: Grid TV LLC ("Grid TV," "we," "us," or "our")

Grid TV is committed to respecting intellectual property rights and ensuring that all motion pictures, television shows, series, and audio-visual material available on our platform are fully authorized for distribution. We strictly enforce policies against copyright infringement and act in full compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws.

1. Content Acquisition & Licensing Compliance

All content cataloged, hosted, streamed, or made available on Grid TV is obtained through legitimate, legally binding channels. Our catalog consists exclusively of:

  • Directly Licensed Content: Programs and films licensed directly from production companies, independent filmmakers, copyright holders, and authorized sales agents under signed non-exclusive or exclusive licensing contracts.
  • Aggregated Content Partners: Content delivered via authorized digital aggregators, distributor syndication feeds, and official content marketplaces under valid distribution agreements.
  • Original Programming: Proprietary original media created, produced, and owned directly by Grid TV LLC or its affiliate entertainment entities.
  • Public Domain Works: Historical or heritage audio-visual works that have entered the public domain under applicable legal standards.

Grid TV does not permit, host, or index user-uploaded pirated content, unlicensed third-party streams, or unauthorized media files.

2. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512), Grid TV will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent listed below.

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe in good faith that any content hosted on Grid TV infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice containing the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list of works if multiple items are covered).
  2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including specific URLs, title details, or time stamps allowing us to locate the content.
  3. Your contact details, including full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A good-faith statement that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Notice: Submitting false or misleading claims of copyright infringement may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where it appeared prior to removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Grid TV LLC may be found).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
